With just a few days to go before polling day, I’ve hit a wall. Thankfully, the non-BBC media have been fair, allowing some momentum to continue

The BBC bias in favour of the political parties is undemocratic, unfair and extremely irking. Until the last few weeks, I’ve also regarded criticism of the BBC as misplaced. When they edited out the opening few seconds of my pitch – because I criticised them – this was the end of my love affair with this failing institution.

When three Independent and capable candidates sign a Joint Statement to complain at BBC bias, in an irony that will be lost on the BBC, they don’t even see fit to report it.
