Posting my thoughts to my favourite platform – TikTok – this last week, I’ve struck a chord, somehow.
Circa 100k people have watched my videos: one about my first day as a lawyer – when I got arrested; the second about the average pay of lawyers (it’s not very high); and the third about what it’s like to raise investment for Suffrago in Yorkshire, as compared to Silicon Valley. This last one is a little cheeky.
After an hour or two after posting, I had to stop replying to hundreds of comments, many of them negative.
I know that many of you don’t use TikTok, because (I bet) you think it’s all cat videos and twerking – and it is, exactly that, if that’s all you’re searching for – but if you have any other interests, which you’d like to know more about, then TikTok is unbeatable.
